{"id":2174,"date":"2022-02-24T11:51:00","date_gmt":"2022-02-24T11:51:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/iot-ngin.eu\/?p=2174"},"modified":"2022-02-24T11:51:00","modified_gmt":"2022-02-24T11:51:00","slug":"open-source-session-co-hosted-in-5th-iot-ngin-plenary-meeting","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/iot-ngin.eu\/index.php\/2022\/02\/24\/open-source-session-co-hosted-in-5th-iot-ngin-plenary-meeting\/","title":{"rendered":"OPEN SOURCE SESSION CO-HOSTED IN 5th IOT-NGIN PLENARY MEETING"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The 5<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0plenary meeting of the IoT-NGIN project was held online on 14<sup>th<\/sup> and 15<sup>th<\/sup> February 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this two-day meeting, the Consortium provided updates over the running task, highlighting the progress towards each task activities, components\u2019 development, as well as the foreseen interactions with other project activities and the Living Labs, evaluated potential risks and progress towards the achievement of major milestones and plan the next steps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the second day, the Consortium co-hosted an Open Source session, opened by the Technical Coordinator of IoT-NGIN, who introduced the project and the interest to open source.\u00a0 Useful insights on the open source licenses spectrum and foundations were also provided by Dr Philippe Krief, Research Relations Director of the Eclipse Foundation.
